It appears they really know how to party in the Dominican Republic as this display on their ITB Berlin stand testifies.
I am not sure about the guy in the foreground however, he seems a little ‘green around the gills’ maybe he should pace himself better or perhaps stay off the mamajuana. I’ll take a pint of whatever he has been drinking, purely for research reasons of course.
Despite his fierce costume and mask he was friendly and posed for a couple of close ups later. Another example of the vitality on display at this trade fair. Lively dancing, plenty of colour, pretty women, exotic cocktails it certainly sounds like a party to me.
They have me convinced, another ‘must visit’ destination added to the list. Always happy to try a new local tipple, I have my own accommodation in the form of a hammock. Which seems appropriate for the Dominican Republic.
