I caught this image of one of the traditional Riga Old Town trams on the hop, as it was moving it is a little blurred but this shows it is moving at some speed.
These retro trams have been refurbished completely inside but although they’ve received a new paint job the exterior is the original.
This one was caught as I was wandering back from the park and not really concentrating. Getting about by tram is a useful way to travel around the city and on one of these attractive old style vehicles would be extra special. Worth waiting awhile for then.
